Improving Skeletal Strength Naturally…

Today I met an old friend who ran the Langtoft fun run and she told me about one of her friends that runs for a local club recently turned her ankle in doing so broke bones in her foot.

A normal healthy person should be able to withstand turning an ankle without breaking bones, at least that is what I had thought.  This unfortunate incident suggests a weakness in the skeleton and structure of the bones.

Lifestyle choices today can lead to bones being  unhealthy and weak because the body may not be able to absorb valuable nutrients and minerals from food,  diet is mineral or nutrient deficient or valuable vitamins and minerals are lost due to food manufacture, storage and processes.  For example, a high intake of caffiene leaches minerals and vitamins from the bones, leaving them weak and porous.
